The Board of Directors has adopted the following policy regarding communications from Renton Civic Theatre:  All communications must have Renton Civic Theatre letterhead or be transmitted electronically through a verified Renton Civic Theatre operated platform or page by authorized personnel in order to be considered official and/or binding.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Official letterhead (print media).
  • E-mail from addresses at rentoncivictheatre.org with the appropriate cryptographic signatures to verify the validity of the sender.
  • Communications via social media pages or accounts operated by Renton Civic Theatre.
